Great phone, many interesting features. Beautiful resolution. Works well. Only "gripe," and it isn't such a huge one, if I take sim card out for any reason, contacts are gone when I reinsert sim in phone. Contacts remain on sim, but don't show back up on phone. Probably an operator problem, but I found that a bit annoying. It has great reception and sound. Otherwise, it is a great phone and I would recommend it to anyone looking for "Blackberry" equivalent. I actually have a Blackberry Curve (older version) and I like the Nokia much better.

This phone is super value! E5-00 is a smartphone with a lot of apps, such as weather, E-Mail, Facebook, Twitter, Google Maps, fring, Skype (will not be restricted like those poor Verizon Skype users) and life-time free turn-by-turn voice navigation! And it is also very energy-effective. Usually it is charged every 3 days for me. The only con I found until now is its CPU is too slow, many animation effects of even built-in programs lag and drop frames. But who cares that for a under $200 phone with WiFi, 3G, GPS and free navigation?

I own this same phone for over a year now, can say i have any issues with it. still works great even after i have drop it a dozen times. Also its very fast enough to check my mail, use it as a music player. best part battery last very long even up to know, i get around 3 to 5 days battery life. like that i can just quickly pull phone out of my pocket press space bar and bam the flash light is on. takes great pictures at night for a camera phone not made to take professional pictures lol and not far at night either.
